  We ask for information from everyone who visit our meetings. With the proliferation of crimes committed with unprotected information, I believe we have a responsibility to protect it. Forming a policy around it should help make it easier to know how to handle information securely, less likely it will be abused, and reassure people when they provide us their information on how it will be used.
